The list of european politicians in and out of the eu offering welcome to an indy scotland this time around is relentless.....

You were happy to believe every word barrosso said in 2014 to stop scotland leaving the uk when the eu was a focul point of the uk better together strategy. Many of you either silently or publicly applauded the man , now verhofstadt is off message with yookayers , hes being labelled a liar.

Rest assured barry , when indyref 2 come along , all the old arguments of 2014 will be long gone and shot down in flames.

I dont think many europeans ,or european parties like the old tory allies in partido popular in spain , will be inclined to do england any favours keeping hold of scotland this time around.

Now you have stuck two fingers up to europe , i think many old enemies will be more than happy to put the boot in , and those more diplomatically minded will be less willing to keep schtum.

The idea any scot is going to take serious the argument your cant leave the uk as the eu wont let you in is frankly laughable.

You have shot to pieces any credibility you had in the minds of most scots by voting brexit after telling us to stay in the uk to remain in the eu.
They're all lying Thomas. We shouldn't trust a single one of them. We'd all perhaps be better off independent and without a government. Just let everyone get on with their own lives.
They took your country from you, now they've taken your democracy too.
And "they" are the elites, those who hate the culture of the people, the values of the people, the democracy of the people.
