    The BBC reports The person set to become Wales' next first minister will be announced later today.

    The council tax riots they will inherit on the back of the 7% rises they are going to impose, and the inland revenues clever declaration to all tax payers that half of all the money paid by 20% payers, and a quarter of all.paid by all 40% payers, is going DIRECTLY to these wastrels from April next should see some of tgese buggers hung from lamp posts ....
