To be honest I hadn't really made my mind up over this Canadian option, but if the Somerset Sage is for it and Lardy Lammy isn't, then I reckon it is probably a good thing.

Anyone got any VT of Tusk offering a Canada style deal?
That would be great as I’m sure the Canadians didn’t hand over 40 bills to get the deal they have.

Er.... a Canada deal has been on the table for ages. Its been rejected by the (UK) government who claim that it will result in the dissolution of the UK.
