    Fact remains however, that unless intent can be proved, you have little more than Road rage and other traffic offenses to charge him with.

    When Salih Khater appeared in court yesterday he was asked to give his details and nationality. He said "Sudanese", which he quickly corrected to "British" as he had forgotten he had been given British nationality 6 weeks ago.
    You couldn't make it up!
