The rent will be stopped, that is tomorrows first agenda to get the rent benefit paid based on child tax credits which is the only ''income'''.
I merely offered what I thought might be helpful advice. It is your decision whether or not you take any notice of that advice. I hope that things improve for you soon.

I know Barry thanks, I was not being ungrateful of your advice, I just think the citizens advice can't really do anything. Now if the CAB was set up so that they were an instant tribunal, they would have a great use.

The first step will be to sell my possessions which will buy some time.

Barry CAB has had its funding slashed and legal aid for benefits related cases is next to non existent due to government cuts.
I can't find a mention of this Hansard reply to a related question anywhere in the mainstream media:-

Legal Aid Scheme: Social Security Benefits

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what information his Department holds on the number of welfare cases involving disability benefits which were granted legal aid in each year since 2011-12.

OMG, I am absolutely double fuming, I am starting to hate the government now , grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

She had a message by text a bit back saying it had gone for mandatory reconsideration and if anymore information was needed she would receive a phone call asking for this information. She has just had a letter this morning, you have failed your mandatory reconsideration for the reason of providing no further information.
Huh? what, they never even rang for any information, I don't know whether scream or cry for her, they are bunch lying scum bags and I am going to start praying to God , that God gives them illness so these horrible people scum bags, can feel the pain she feels and the mental torment .

I've had enough, feel my rage.

Still can't get over the 0 points. I believe the ESA test is the same as the one used for PIP. My lad scored 81 so zero means something doesn't quite add up in all this.
Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.

The original assessor has wrote blatant lies on the assessment , I personally informed DWP this . Something is amiss for sure.

One lie, they said her tablets did not suggest the illness she ''claims'' , one of them illnesses being severe high blood pressure, she has tablets for this , high blood pressure tablets. A blatant lie from the DWP.

In reality, the doctors and hospitals have been feeding her tablets for years under a lie or the DWP are lying, which one is it?
