Is this story really of relevance to anyone other than the political editor of the Aberystwyth Chronicle and its seventeen readers! Neil Hamiltion is a mildly corrupt, unappealing and rather seedy minor politician whose days of ever achieving anything, let alone any credibility about anything, are long over,

Unfortunately, it is. The workings of the d'hondt system that puts Hamilton in his seat ensure a like minded collusion of two separate parties on the ballot paper have representation above their odour in the chamber.
