Lib Dems to blame for student protests.

The lib Dems made a manifesto commitment to abolish tuition fees and picked up hundreds of thousands of votes as a result. Students and parents of students voted in many cases on the basis if this promise by the Lib Dems who if not able to enact on this promise where expected to stand by their commitment. Instead they renegade, refusing at least to vote against it for the 30 pieces of silver in the form of the lure of ministerial posts.

Change through consent and not violence should be the aim. But the students are justifiably angry with the duplicity of the lying Lib Dems who have rolled over under Tory pressure. With the student fury at Lib Dems volt face on this issue, among the crowd of 50.000 there were bound to be some that would go to the extreme to express their anger. Nick Clegg and Co. examine your consciences and the part you played in bringing this violence about.

Well, XP, you have got a point, one which Nick Clegg is now reflecting upon:
BBC News - Nick Clegg regrets signing anti-tuition fees pledge

However, the Lib Dems are not running the country, the coalition of two parties is. That means compromise.

Oh dear, did the wickle Lib Dems actually get a say in running the country and now they don't wanna make the tough decisions? Poor wickle fings, perhaps they should just all stand down, and then they can go back to making unkeepable promises when they're not in power.
