A Point of start in the drive against benefits thieves..

2 Thessalonians 3: "For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat."

A starting point to deal with Benefit Thieves and Scroungers? Or will this have the Political left, the Socialists, the Marxist-Leninists, the Maoists, Trots, Dumble-Dores, The Screaming "Oomin Rites" lobby and of course the Liarbor Party whining and bleating about a reigning in on those who steal from the rest of us.

Or should Dole Thieves and other alleged Scroungers be allowed to continue thieving from the rest of the community because if the DWP moves against them... it will be "Against their Oomin Rites!!"

All over the country, there has been a mass outcry from the millions of people who are receiving state benefits for not working.

Mr Davy Daly, a permanently unemployed man from Humberside said: “I can’t live on 26 grand a year. You must be joking, that’s my travel money right there. Where am I going to go this year for heavens sake? Looks like Tuscany is out.”

Deirdre Scabb, 23, a mother of eight children from different fathers was outraged at the benefits cap: “I’ve been breeding my feral monsters for ruddy ages so that I could rack up a good benefits package. Now this Osborne dork comes along and tells me that benefits is capped. Who does he think he is? That was a lot of hard work that was spreading my legs to all and sundry.”

Another benefits reliant scrounger, Kevin Bunion, 35, said: “Even though people who work pay me to be idle and relax all day on benefits, I am disgusted at them. They should work harder for us and suffer bigger taxes so that I and my mates can live a life of leisure on state handouts. Sod them, they owe us, I'm an alkie so I need my booze and my mates need their ciggies and drugs.”

650 MPs were elected. all are nothing but benefit scroungers...they know bugger all about the job, so they then hire 'consultants' who are also beggers from benefit land.

You mean 650 people conned the electorate into voting for them ,,,

Their takings from the public purse make even the most profligate social security and housing benefit recipient appear ftrugal as a Scottish widow ...

UncleVanya, if you want a theological punchfest on the subject, I'll see your second epistle to the Thessalonians with Chapter 3 verse 17 of the forst epistle of St John The Divine

This in itself is an interesting text depeonding on whose translation you have in mind.

The modern english of the New International Version puts it thus :-

"If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person"

King James the Sixth / First of course was having none of that poppycock.

The Authorised Version is quite explicit on how the needy are to be treated, one is required to take a dump all over them on sight ...

"But whosoever hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowelsfrom him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?"

That's what the copy of that document I bought with my prize money from winning the Scripture Exam (young adults "A") in 1975 says

Interestingly, many (but not all) of the internet editions of the authorised version of the bible seem to have added to extra words.

The more namby pamby bible sites seem to have placed the words "[of compassion]" after the word "bowels" and before the word "from"

Presumably this is to stop Iain Duncan Smith proclaiming Divine Instruction as he proceeds to take a dump all over the lives of the unemployed ...

Train drivers are gonna LOVE that. The time it takes the poor sod in the cab to "get over" someone wasting themselves by "falling under the wheels" is a damn sight more than four weeks, and some never do (arguably no-one ever can "get over" it and call themselves human, but I think you know what I mean)

That assumes someone in a wheelchair can access a rail line. (I really wish I were joking.)

Does not the disability discrimination act give them the right to demand equal access ? Does this not mean equal opportunity to kill themselves this way ? I smell compensation ripe for the picking. (and I'm not joking either, I bet some prize pompous arsed barrister from cherie booth's outfit would love to swell their coffers by taking the case)

That is commonly known as Didn't Do Anything because there is next to no enforcement and a disabled person has to make a case themselves. (Which is not easy.)
